CDE, flow²thrive, and RISE are developing a Sustainable Human Work Index (SHWI) and deep-tech platform to improve brain health, wellbeing, and productivity in Sweden's Metals & Minerals Industry. Supported by the Swedish Metals & Minerals Impact Innovation Programme, the project aims to create healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable workplaces.

The control rooms of the future will be characterized by advanced technology, inclusion, and generational shift. This implies that automation, technological adaptation, and personnel development will be central themes in creating sustainable and efficient work environments.
